Some third-party providers require Mintlify to pass additional terms through to you. These third-party provider terms may be subject to change at the providers' discretion and new third-party providers may be added from time to time. Please find below the current third-party provider terms for our products and services. Your use of our products and services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these third-party terms, which are incorporated into Section 12 of Mintlify's Terms of Service.

The following is a list of subprocessors that Mintlify uses to provide our products and services. Subprocessors are third-party service providers that may process customer data on our behalf in the course of providing our products and services.

EU deployments
For customers on Mintlify's EU deployment, data is hosted and processed in the European Union, primarily in AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany). The following subprocessors are used for EU deployments. Where a subprocessor processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is made under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914).

Turning off AI features
Mintlify's AI features are controlled separately, so you can turn off the ones you don't want:
- AI assistant (chat on your docs site): Turn it off with the status toggle on the Assistant page of your dashboard (Settings > Assistant > Status and control). See Configure the assistant.
- Agent (in the dashboard, Slack, or Microsoft Teams): The agent only runs when someone on your team asks it to. To remove it from Slack or Teams, uninstall the Mintlify app from your workspace.
- Automations: Automations run only if you turn them on. You can switch off or delete any automation on the Automations page of your dashboard. See Automations.
- "Open in ChatGPT / Claude" menu on docs pages: This menu lets readers send a page to an AI tool. To remove it, delete the ChatGPT and Claude options (or the whole
contextualsetting) from yourdocs.jsonfile. See Contextual menu.
